The Point of Sale is a screen or screens where you actually sell the customer the product, whether the product be an item, or service.
1. Select the customer first...
The first thing you do when you're ready to process an item or items for a customer, is look them up, or add them into the system.
Although you can select a cash customer, it is usually better to select (or add then select) your customer so you can track everything you do for them. With Salon Shoppe, it is very easy to
add a customer. If they don't exist in the system, it's easy to add them.
