It is important to have security so nobody but you can access either your company information or your customers private information.
Over 100 secure areas.
Most of the security is already setup for you. You can change the different area security levels. For instance, you might want a level 7 clerk to access a certain report where currently only a level 9 code can access the report. Simply select that report area, change the number security allowed, and you're finished.
9 Levels.
As the owner, you have a level 9, which allows you to get into anything. However, if you have other people are operating Salon Shoppe, you might want to give them limited access. Salon Shoppe's security is setup to with level 9 as the owner, 7 is the manager, and 5 is anyone else. But you can set the levels from 1 to 9 for anyone.
3. Encryption and Passwords.
Salon Shoppe uses Blowfish Encryption to secure credit card information and passwords. (Very Secure)
Although you are not required to have a user name or a password, you can set them up so your software is secure in case anyone ever decides to take your computer or steal your data files.
