There is no real way to know what kind of technical support you're going to get from any company (We will give you great technical support!, you knew we would say that) However, it would be good to call the company and note the attitude of the representative when you are asking them questions before the purchase. Make sure your support includes phone support and not just email. Email is great, but there is nothing like the phone to solve a problem or answer a question right away.
